If you’re looking for an elegant and interesting way to dress up an event or window display, try paper flowers. Perfect for springtime, Mother’s Day, or any occasion with a floral look, paper flowers are a trend we love.
Fossil wanted to highlight their seasonal window display with a monochromatic paper flower backdrop. Because of the high volume needed, the flowers were die-cut, and the material chosen was white textured paper and cardstock. The elements were then shipped with instructions and assembled at the store.
For an added dramatic element, Ferrari Color also produced a huge 5’ flower which was a solo piece in a simple and lovely watch display.
An advantage of paper flowers is the ability to make a display in virtually any color scheme and any size. The texture and effect of a large group of flowers is visually stunning. We worked with Pottery Barn on a backdrop display, producing flowers on metallic paper and cardstock. The flowers were grouped in a combination of color and size and then stapled to the backdrop. The result was stunning and a perfect photo op moment for their awards ceremony.
Ferrari Color’s CPET (Creative Projects Team) used paper flowers to create a dramatic backdrop for the Sacramento Kings Gala. Flowers were cut from creams and yellows and attached to a large swag-shaped board. The flowers were strategically lit highlighting the swags and giving the entrance a stunning glow.
This display created for Nordstrom needed to represent the look and feel of the WildFox perfume campaign. Die-cut paper flower elements were hand assembled and then strung onto a backer with ribbon allowing the final piece to be tied to a mannequin form.
Paper flowers are an eye-catching element for any window display or event. From a spring or summer-inspired display to a dark and moody event accent, Ferrari Color is ready to help you incorporate this unique look into your next project. Call an account manager today and get started.
