As retailers, you already know the importance of making a good first impression with customers. That’s why you spend time planning seasonal promotional graphics, designing eye-catching window and in-store displays and regularly updating your office interior.
Colorful banners, vehicle wraps, bold wall murals and fun props are great eye catchers. But if you really want to set your store apart from all the others lining the street, you need to use router graphics.
A couple years ago, we rented out a theater and took some clients and employees to see Jurassic World. We had to really “WOW” those in attendance. So we made the dinosaurs jump off the big screen and into our theater (just, you know, baby size and without real teeth and claws).
These dinosaurs are an example of cool and unique router cut products. Another example was this six-piece map of Africa cut out of wood that we made for a client last summer.
These projects were made using our CNC router, which stands for computer-controlled cutting machine. This computer-controlled machine helps with the shaping of materials, and by using it, we can cut and shape numerous kinds of hard metals, such as plastic, aluminum and wood.
So where can you place these impactful graphics? We’ve had clients, as well as ourselves, successfully use them in window displays, in-store retail displays, trade show booths, as directional signage and as fun decor for a company event.
Making and keeping a good first impression is largely responsible for the success of your business. And when you create life-size custom cutouts, you’re sure to create a larger-than-life impact for both customers and employees that they won’t soon forget.
