Sending Files (FTP Upload)

We know that there are many companies you could use and we appreciate you trusting us. We will do whatever is necessary to make certain your job is done right and processed as quickly as possible.
Before you upload your file, we encourage you to review our set-up sheets which are designed to help you set-up your files so they flow smoothly through our production process ensuring a quick turnaround and the quality print you expect from Ferrari Color.
Upload a File
Step 1 Go to www.ferraricolor.com
Step 2 Under “Support”, click on “Sending Files (FTP Upload)”
Step 3 Click “Start Upload Applet (Requires Java)”
Step 4 Fill the form out in its entirety
The “Name of Project” is important so that we can find it on our FTP server
Step 5 Click “Begin”
Click “Yes” when asked about security
Step 6 Switch to a different drive under “Local System” by clicking on the folder icon to the right of the directory path
Highlight the file you want to upload
Use the right arrow button to move the file to the remote system
Step 7 Close the FTP upload dialog box
Step 8 Notify your account manager or project coordinator directly by phone or email once you have completed your upload.
*Due to the large amount of files uploaded daily, this step is necessary to insure that your file has been received.
