Dye Sublimation Process
Dye sublimation uses heat to permanently fuse inks to poly-based fabrics. The process of heat transfer makes it possible for each dot of color to vary in saturation therefore blending one color into the next. The result is continuous-tone, photo-realistic color images. Since dye-sub printing infuses the ink, it is less vulnerable to fading and distortion over time.
